Experiments in Fooding! ::

Last night's experiment was the Spinach Ciabatta and Butter Casserole. It used 'Gruyerre' cheese (from Switzerland!), and smelled fantastic. Of course, because of me being silly and not completely reading the recipe, it ended up not coming out of the oven until around 10:30. Needless to say, I didn't get a chance to enjoy any of it last night, but very soon I shall, and I'm guessing it's going to be pretty tasty.
